Two digital parallel symposia, dramaturgically linked with each other
Two locations with multiple settings, a central moderator for each location who leads through the event, connecting many experts on site, an interactive event platform with which participants can connect and interact: these are the common denominators that offered opportunities for linking the parallel educational events in Berlin and Frankfurt. At coordinated times, both locations interconnect and enter into exchange. The motto here is to meet together and yet separately to discuss the new treatment paths in oncology in the respective medical focus areas, and to do so across spatial boundaries.
A two-day digital education event in historical and authentic settings
A total of three different settings provided the framework for the medical education event, which was streamed via the digital
interactive platform. A central moderator on-site guided the participants through the event, while the speakers and protagonists presented current treatment perspectives and discussed them with the digital participants using various digital interaction tools.
A digital scientific symposium linked to a parallel event.
In a central studio with three different settings, the moderator enters into an dialogue with the digital speakers of the symposium. The participants take part in the symposium digitally and can use the interaction tools of the Event platform to pose their questions and suggestions to the actors and enter into an interaction with them.
Shared knowledge, different approaches – during the two days of the event, the various aspects of new ways of treating patients will be discussed, explored, and new ways of treatments will be transported and trained.
